		<description>You will find your own stride on how many carbs to have and as you lose the weight and add exercise you will be able to add more carbs.  You will also get to a point where the 2 pounds a day or however many stops happening and then the real work begins.</description>

		<description>I have tried to follow the 12-15 grams of carbs with veggies part of Adkin's 1st phase. I have consistently lost .2 pounds a day. Yesterday, I went below that amount of veggies, eating less salad, &amp; lost .4. Think I will cut down on salad &amp; more meat &amp; see if this continues. Any feedback on that, Brad?</description>

		<description>I follow a plan close to the original Atkins from way back in 1972.  I stay away from most processed foods and in times past have learned what I can and can't eat without affecting my weight loss.  I have been at it for a month and am down 35 pounds.</description>

		<description>You are very right this has to be about us, especially when we are with someone who cares about us not to be put off by the extra weight.  That was part of how I got fat.  I mentioned it early on in this blog.  If I had been single and in need of female companionship, staying thin would have had more incentives.</description>
