Welcome to day three of my diet.  I am carb starved with nothing sweet to satisfy that urge.  I have been rather good about things though and even put up with people I wanted to strangle yesterday.  I didn’t do it with a smile, but I did do it without strangling them.

My daily low carb tip is this, make sure there is at least one low carb vegetable you really like before starting.  For me this is cabbage.  I can’t yet have it the way I really want it but fried up with a little bit of bacon, onion, and what ever else I can put in it is still pretty good.
