		<description>I have tried to follow the 12-15 grams of carbs with veggies part of Adkin's 1st phase. I have consistently lost .2 pounds a day. Yesterday, I went below that amount of veggies, eating less salad, &amp; lost .4. Think I will cut down on salad &amp; more meat &amp; see if this continues. Any feedback on that, Brad?</description>
