There are those who might question why I don’t just start my diet today.  That does make sense in a way.  I however am a realist and want to get things out of the house that don’t fit in with my diet.  I have given some of it away to the family, but mostly because there things I want to eat to get it out of my system.  In a day or two it will all begin.

When the doritos and the cheesecake are gone, I will diet.  What is it you have had to give up to get you to a place where you could diet?
