Low Carb Recipes & Weight loss Tips
There are those who might question why I don’t just start my diet today. That does make sense in a way. I however am a realist and want to get things out of the house that don’t fit in with my diet. I have given some of it away to the family, but mostly because there things I want to eat to get it out of my system. In a day or two it will all begin.
When the doritos and the cheesecake are gone, I will diet. What is it you have had to give up to get you to a place where you could diet?

When I was fat is meant as much to enlighten you as it is to make me remember what it took for me to get thin, again. I call it like I see it and if that is something you think might offend your delicate sensibilities then this probably is not the best place for you.

I follow a plan close to the original Atkins from way back in 1972. I stay away from most processed foods and in times past have learned what I can and can’t eat without affecting my weight loss. I have been at it for a month and am down 35 pounds.
